Travel tips
To travel comfortably with the Orioshuttle service, we recommend arriving at the stop at least 15 minutes before the bus departure time.
If you are traveling during peak hours, it is advisable to consider possible delays due to motorway traffic; for this reason, we suggest booking your trip in advance to avoid delays and reach the airport or your destination stress-free.
The shuttle ticket price includes:

1 checked suitcase (up to 20 kg)

1 carry-on bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm

1 stroller per person (if needed)

1 personal bag or laptop bag
Carry-on luggage with the maximum allowed dimensions must be placed in the lower luggage compartment and not taken on board the bus. For sports equipment, pets, extra luggage, or oversized suitcases, an additional reduced ticket must be purchased at a cost of €5.
Orioshuttle operates according to the holiday timetable on the following days:

The service is NOT available on December 25.
If you frequently use the bus service between Milan, Bergamo, Orio al Serio and Malpensa, you can choose the Orioshuttle monthly pass.
The pass is valid from the first to the last day of the month and requires an identification card.

If you are traveling in a group, you can request discounted fares and reserve seats on the shuttle (subject to ticket purchase).
