Travel conditions
Passengers are required to carefully comply with the following regulations, established to ensure everyone’s safety and the proper operation of the service.
Boarding and alighting must take place exclusively at authorized stops along the route and only when the bus is stationary.
Boarding is not permitted if the maximum number of passengers allowed by the vehicle registration has already been reached.
Before boarding, passengers must hold a valid travel document accepted by the Company, purchased at authorized sales points or directly from onboard staff.
The ticket must be validated immediately upon boarding. In case of malfunction of the validation machine, the passenger must immediately inform the driver and present the ticket.
Passengers with season tickets must show their travel document to the driver when boarding.
Season tickets are valid only if combined with an identification card, whose number must be indicated on the pass.
The travel document must be kept intact and legible throughout the journey, as it also serves as a fiscal receipt.
Passengers must present their travel document upon request during inspections.
Passengers must comply with the provisions of Art. 172 of the Italian Highway Code regarding the mandatory use of seat belts and child restraint systems.
Passengers must fasten their seat belts when available, following the instructions indicated by pictograms on the seats or provided by staff.
In case of non-compliance, the offender is personally responsible; for minors, the accompanying adult is responsible.
Vehicles registered before 2000 are exempt from the obligation, but if seat belts are present, they must be used.
Each passenger with a valid ticket may carry children up to 2 years old free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 11 are entitled to a reduced fare.
Children under 2 years do not have the right to occupy a seat and must sit on an adult’s lap.
Children may travel on minibuses and buses without special equipment; exemptions under Art. 172 apply.
Small pets are allowed on board provided they are equipped with suitable devices to ensure they are harmless (muzzles, leashes, cages, carriers, boxes, etc.)
The accompanying person must ensure the animal does not occupy seats, soil or damage the vehicle or disturb passengers.
Any damage must be compensated by the accompanying person.
A reduced fare ticket must be purchased for each pet.
Guide dogs for visually impaired passengers travel free of charge and without restrictions.
Transport of animals (except guide dogs) may be refused in case of non-compliance or overcrowding.
Passengers are prohibited from:

smoking (Law no. 584/75) or disturbing others;

occupying more than one seat or standing in aisles or near doors during travel;

carrying out commercial or advertising activities without authorization;

damaging or tampering with bus equipment;

boarding while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;

improperly using emergency door opening devices.
Passengers must follow all instructions given by Company staff.
Passengers must occupy available seats and remain seated until the bus has stopped.
The Company declines all responsibility for incidents caused by non-compliance.
Timetables may be subject to change, even during their validity period. Updates will be communicated via notices, the website, stops, and authorized sales points.
Passengers must consider airport procedures timing.
In case of A4 motorway closure, drivers may take alternative routes if authorized.
In case of delays exceeding 60 minutes or service cancellation, passengers are entitled to a refund, except in cases of force majeure (strikes, traffic blocks, emergencies).
The carrier is liable only if the issue is directly attributable to its responsibility.
In case of breakdown, the carrier must provide a replacement vehicle.
Passengers without a valid ticket are subject to administrative penalties according to regional laws.
Passengers violating conduct rules may be refused boarding or asked to leave the bus without prejudice to further legal action.
