I lost my suitcase/personal belongings on board Orioshuttle buses, how can I recover them?
The loss of luggage must be reported to customer service (ticket@orioshuttle.com) no later than 72 hours after the end of the journey.
Is it possible to request an invoice for completed orders?
Customer Service can issue a receipt for your orders: send an email to amministrazione@autoservizilocatelli.it providing the following details:
– Email address:
– Company name:
– Address:
– ZIP code, city:
– Tax code / VAT number:
– Ticket number:
– Purchase date:
IMPORTANT! A copy of the ticket must also be attached. Additionally, the request must be made at the time of purchase or no later than 5 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made.
