A different name appears on the ticket than the traveler’s. Is this a problem?

The name on the ticket is not binding and is not checked. The ticket can be used by anyone, as long as they fall within the correct age category.

I selected the wrong destination. What can I do?

Is it possible to cancel/modify my ticket? How can I do it?

It is not possible to cancel a booking.
However, Orioshuttle allows you to change the date and time of your trip and to reverse the route. To modify your ticket online, you must write to ticket@orioshuttle.com indicating the ticket number and the details of the new journey.
